During the 2008-2009 year, 5 of 9 chapters in the Arkansas-Oklahoma Division earned distinction as IAAP International Chapters of Excellence, including the Land Run Professionals Chapter here in Stillwater, Oklahoma.  Each chapter received a banner (see photo) together with a cash award and they can continue to earn this award each year.  The A-O Division is very proud of their dedicated chapters and members who constantly strive to promote the many advantages of belonging to IAAP!

The Arkansas-Oklahoma Division is also proud to announce that 6 of their chapters were recognized at the 2009 Education Forum and Annual Meeting (EFAM) held in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  The Land Run Professionals Chapter in Stillwater, Oklahoma, was 1 of the 6 chapters recognized.

Chapters were recognized in the Tuesday Edition of Connections (an EFAM daily publication) for their financial support of the Research and Educational Foundation Student Scholarship Program.

The Student Scholarship Program, through the Research & Educational Foundation, helps offset the registration costs for students and student chapter advisors to attend IAAP’s annual International Education Forum and Annual Meeting. These generous donations allow this program to continue.

The A-O Division chapters are very cognizant of their responsibility to advance our association.
