IAAP has three different types of memberships available (there is a $15.00 one time only processing fee for each type of membership):

  • Professional - a person currently employed (or within the last 2 years) as an administrative professional, or a holder of the CPS® or CAP® ratings, or an employed teacher of business education.
  • Student - a full-time student (enrolled in 12 hours) in business education; maximum 4 years in Student classification.
  • Associate - available to businesses, educational institutions or individuals who share the objectives of IAAP, and who wish to support its programs.  This classification allows the company to own the membership and specify a contact person for the company.
